Absolutely! When we help you book, the hotels will view it as a cash reservation, and you'll be able to add any loyalty numbers for points and status.
Additionally, if the hotel requires prepayment or a credit card as a deposit, we'll help you pass your card directly to the hotel (you don't pay us or give us your card), meaning credit card points and bonuses are treated the same as if you booked on the hotel's website (in most cases, reach out to us for more information).
When you book with us, your hotel pays us a small commission after you complete your stay. Hotels are happy to do this because we generally make clients happier than if they had booked online directly. This keeps you loyal and eager to return. Our commission is also much lower than what third-party sites like Amex, Hotels.com, and Expedia charge (sometimes these sites charge hotels 20% or more). As a result, hotels prefer delighting our clients, encouraging them to keep booking through us.
Our commission (ranges from 1.25-7% of the base room rate) is already built in to the price of the room - if you don't make use of our services, you're essentially paying for perks you don't get to use.

We're thinking about charging a small per-search fee or subscription as we get more requests, probably with some sort of subscription for frequent travelers. If we do something like that, we'll have a launch deal with discounts for people who've booked with us before or who've kept in touch with us using our email list, so I definitely recommend joining that.
Yes, there are a few extra benefits. VIPAB and Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts are both members of the same travel networks (namely Virtuoso and Four Seasons Preferred), so we generally offer the same soft perks to our clients (breakfast, resort credits, wifi, etc).
However, we personally request room upgrades when "VIPing" our clients after booking, so in most cases (and all Four Seasons cases), our upgrades requests are honored by hotels before credit card programs - if there is only one upgrade room, it will go to a VIPAB client before an Amex client.
Additionally, we have access to a number of hotel rates (many more than credit card portals, who are usually just build on Expedia) and can usually beat these portals on price. Reach out to us (it's free) and compare - you have nothing to lose!
